MREGA Program :
VDP village Khadakdeola has taken work 75,000 plant rising in nursery established at Khadakdeola village from Social Forestry department. The work has completed under the guidance of ACE 23 SHG women has complete the work and get wages from Social forestry department


Financial inculcation :
Out of 5 VDP villages under financial literacy 1324 families have opened bank accounts in Zilla bank, SBI & IDBI bank, and Maharashtra Gramin Vikas Bank.


Organic Farming & Certification :
ACE organized organic farming & certification training in VDP villages in the areas of seed treatment, vermicompost, Jivamrut, organic insecticides, vermiwash, for that ACE arrange exposure visit to Krishibhushgan Shri Satish Kates farm, at Kolpimpri Block Paraola dist-Jalgaon to study organic farming methods. Agriculture supporting activities like bee keeping, rabbit rearing taken up by MR Kale are seen by farmers.


Social awareness: :
A) Biodiversity workshop was organized in some VDP villages.
B) Gender equality awareness literacy training is organized every year for MAVM promoted SHGS. under VDP program. Active participation of villagers is ensured & positive changes have been seen in the VDP villages.

Raja Gandhi National Crache Scheme for the Children of Working Mother

Maharashtra State Social Welfare Board, Mumbai

Location :

 

Baherpura and Maheji Naka Slum area of Pachora Town of Jalgaon District.

Objectives of the: program

 

To provide pre-primary education to these children, creche and day care services to them in women’s working hours. ACE, Pachora is also working with Maharashtra State Social Welfare Board through two crèche units for working women’s children. 30 children of poor working women are admitted in these units. ACE has taking responsibilities of nutrition, health and education. ACE promotes these children active learning, Supervised by carrying fun.

Poverty eradication through self help Groups. Swarnajayanthi Gram Sswarozgar Yojana Scheme is a holistic approach towards poverty eradication in rural India through creation of self-employment opportunities to the rural Swarozgaries. This scheme is implemented in the country through District Rural Development Agencies. (DRDA) The program help to poor rural families cross the poverty line. This is achieved through providing income generating assets and inputs to the target groups through a package of assistance consisting of subsidy and bank loan.
